I really enjoyed your game. I loved the story, the art and music. Combat was super fun, I had a really good time punching dudes.
My only negative is that I could not deal damage to the first boss. I think it might be bugged. I understand you have to hit him when his stomach opens up to deal damage. Either that, or I am missing something. I am very stupid, so I may have missed something.
My controller started to give up on me towards the end of playing an hour, so I'm not sure if I found everything or not in the prologue.
I enjoyed the story, and the intro was good. I don't know if eventually you unlock an air dash - but that'd be a cool upgrade. I didn't actually get to use the upgrade because I think I only had one of the required shards once and died before making it back to a save spot.
Really, really beautiful art and great soundtrack. I liked the writing, and the way characters talked to each other. I saw a few minor grammar issues here and there, but nothing major.
Combat was a standout, and was a lot of fun. It definitely became even better once I unlocked the dash. I had a good time with it.
Hi, thanks for giving it a look, a lot of revisions and fixes have been made to the actual full game so it is a bit better now, Grammar def needs checking before the full game releases (english is not my main language).
Had a good time watching the walkthough and getting the feedback from it, thanks you so much.
Hi, I'm planning a Steam release when the game is done.
About archivements, looking for a way to implement those since PGMMV lacks any Steamworks features, but I also want some archivements so look forward to it.
There are quite a handful of bugs when trying to use controller and there isn't any buffering for inputs making combos difficult to pull off consistently. The art of the game is fantastic but the gameplay needs some polish. When fighting the enemies you're mostly left at their mercy without the ability to guard or parry against their attacks. Don't get me wrong there's some amazing work put into the game, but I feel like the gameplay needs more attention.
Great potential! This ambitious demo has a captivating art style and fantastic gunplay, though it could use some refinement. The dogs are a delightful touch, but for now you should consider removing the intro and focusing on the engaging "action sequence" to let players fully experience the unique and stronger parts of the game.
Introduce mechanics step-by-step to ensure smooth gameplay. For instance, provide instructions for using the gun at first pick-up, and introduce the slide mechanic before it's needed (to escape the armory).
For enhanced fluency and spelling, run your text through ChatGPT. Keep up the good work!
You can skip the intro in the menu after selecting the difficulty, to skip directly to the castle level. The Slide mechanic needs some context, I'm making an update to fix some of the problems this version has.
10/10 you can pet the dogs and play fetch with said doggos :P
On a serious note, this game is definitely cute and enjoyable to play. However, sections where you need to backtrack are a little tiresome. Like the one where you need to get cake for the guard dude to enter into the city. However, that is a minor nitpick but it still felt a bit annoying to go a long way back and return a long back again.
Since this is just a demo (or prologue), I hope most issues I discovered will be fixed besides the game becoming more polished. Like how there seemed to be no point in finishing off defeated enemies?
Some suggestions I can think off from the top of my head that I think can improve the game would be adding a "mag counter" for weapons so I know I can reload a weapon I have in Pomu's hand. A dash counter so I can quickly know when I can dash again (albeit, that one is probably not needed-). And... that is pretty much it? More responsiveness would be nice, since I felt at times there is some lag or the game is responding as fast I wanted to. But it could be just me!
My biggest complaint though would be the lack of gore! I WANTED TO SEE MORE BLOOD AND STUFF! Like maybe blood splatters onto the floor or something when finishing or damaging enemies? Well, just a suggestion~
All in all, I look forward to seeing the complete game!

Hi, thanks for giving the demo a try, as for the Toxic bull, you have to attack him with a fury punch (also X,X,X on air works).
I've been thinking recently a way to make the use of strong attacks more intuitive, sorry about that. I hope you can try it again.
That's what I did, and it wasn't working. I made absolutely sure I was using the fury punch.
I had an excellent time with the rest of the demo, I hope you make more!

Very good prologue!! I enjoyed it a lot :D Good job doing it!!
Also I have some feedback to improve the game, so if you’re interested in hear it, where I can send it to you?
Hi, you can comment it here or DM it at my socials. Thank you so much for giving it a try.
You’re more than welcome!! Okay, I will DM you on Twitter then, for me is more comfortable talk through there
Will the full release be on steam with achievements?

Hi, thanks for the feedback, appreciated.
I'm adressing some issues with the combat for the next update.

Thanks for checking out the demo and the feedback. Appreciated :D
No problem~! Although my main suggestion is making the game more "gruesome", but I am just a dude who loves their VIOLENCE, GORE, AND... BLOOD! >:D
Or showing dead goat peeps for more "impact" of the devastation that the humans brought? Anywho! I look forward to the finished game!
